Change happens over time. Change requires awareness. Awareness leads to empowerment. Empowerment to action. Action is precursor to change.
We unveil a monthly face-to-face knowledge series that will focus on raising awareness and encouraging action by sharing small ideas about the role that each one of us can play positively with respect to the challenges that we and our planet is facing.
The knowledge series is planned to evolve over time and will include sustainability workshops, interactive discussions, photograph exhibition, sharing collective wisdom & actions to improve our sustainability quotient, nature walks and observation, journaling, documentary screenings and interviewing people who are being the change.

“It’s Elementary” Knowledge Community is about the shared wisdom around sustainability and bringing it to our communities. This is conceived as a knowledge series where experts, practitioners and learners from varied fields can come together to share the work around sustainability, no matter how big or small. We believe that this knowledge community will serve as a seeding ground for awareness that will lead to action and change over time. This is our hope, belief and vision. This planet that we call our home is shared by all of us and its sustainability is our shared responsibility too. By creating a mass awareness around what needs to be done to improve the sustainability quotient, we strive to create a movement of millions towards our shared goals. All our children and adults alike, are likely partners in this objective.
Q2. How will “It’s Elementary” Knowledge Community work?
“It’s Elementary” Knowledge Community aims to use varied tools like sustainability workshops, interactive discussions, photograph exhibition, sharing of collective wisdom, experts’ talks, to raise awareness and build a community that shares hopes and vision of a sustainable planet. We intend to work with varied target groups, including but limited to, students, children, youth, professionals, corporates, organizations, housing societies, and so on, to build awareness that build momentum and leads to action towards sustainability.
Q3. Is there any fee for attending “It’s Elementary“ Knowledge Community events ?
As of now there is no fee for attending any Knowledge Community events. If this changes in the future, we will update the same along with the event details.
