What's the connection between beads and sustainability? Well, you see, beads that are available in the market are made of plastic. It's symbolic of our use and throw culture. It's inexpensive so one does not have to think much before buying it. And just because it's inexpensive, one can throw it away as well after use without sparing a thought.
This Earth Day 2024, we are announcing the soft launch of our two new projects to bring the community together. The first called "It's Elementary" is conceived as a knowledge community offering workshops, wisdom, exhibitions, documentaries; all aimed at increasing awareness and empowering us towards action. The second is the launch of the Repair Community Vadodara (RE:Community). This is conceived as a monthly coming together of repair enthusiasts with the three-fold objective of longevity, creativity and community.
