Mahua Chakravarty

Mahua has adopted alternative as the mainstream. She homeschools her daughter and leads a slow but observant life. She thrives in natural surroundings and is uplifted in the company of plants, flowers, bees and trees. As a person concerned with the state of the world Mahua wants to undertake small but meaningful changes. A self-professed dog-lover, Mahua learnt Animal Communication to communicate with her pets and also practices Reiki, for animals mostly.

At Paper Ball, Mahua acts as a sounding board for ideas. She is an educator at heart and has worked with students of all age groups and helps design educational and awareness projects.  Once she is fixated with an idea, she will research it deeply to understand it well and then take the necessary next steps. Currently she is leading the design of our Climate Change Education curriculum for school students and teachers.

She holds a Masters degree in Economics and another in English Literature.
