Ashish is the founder of Shiksharth, designing contextually relevant education solutions for children coming from spaces of conflict and adverse geography. He is an engineer turned education sector contributor with 18+ years of experience in information technology and education. After working with Infosys and NIIT Ltd, he has been contributing in the space of education in Sukma and Bastar, Chhattisgarh for more than a decade now.

Ashish is a compassionate life-path innovator who has been working relentlessly to ensure positive childhood experiences to children coming from spaces of conflict and adversity.  His journey has been compassionate and non-traditional with the focus not on scale but on depth.

Prior to Shiksharth, he has been an entrepreneur with Prarambh, Bachpan Banao and AwakIND. He is also an Acumen India Fellow, Teach for India Fellow, a volunteer for DaanUtsav and is a practitioner of giving as a way of life.

At Paper Ball, he shares his experience and contributes to the vision setting and overall strategy around the programmes.  As a believer in collectives and collaborative approach, he is also instrumental is driving the collaborative spirit at Paper Ball.
